Gospel star Piesie Esther is not holding back her confidence as she sets her eyes on this year’s Artist of the Year title. Speaking on Max TV’s e-Quick show on October 22, she declared that even Black Sherif is aware that this year’s victory has her name written all over it.

The singer, who lost the top spot to Black Sherif during the 2023 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA), believes this is her comeback season.

According to her, the amount of effort she has put into her music and ministry this year makes her certain the award will be hers.

“I’ve worked hard and I’m still putting in more. This year’s Artist of the Year is mine — no one can take it away,” she affirmed.

Her bold statement has stirred conversations online, with fans applauding her confidence and anticipating what surprises she has in store before the awards night.
