In a landmark decision set to reshape its future, the University of Media, Arts and Communication (UniMAC) has appointed Special Group of Companies Chief Executive Officer Ernest Ofori Sarpong as its first Chancellor, effective August 1, 2026.
The appointment marks a major milestone in the university’s history, as UniMAC welcomes a prominent Ghanaian business leader to occupy its highest ceremonial and strategic leadership position.
